  • Christopher's Hospice MAY 2019

It was a great honour to receive this award, on behalf of the AMETEK Airtechnology team, from St Christopher’s Hospice in April; a big thank you to Leo Thon and the St Christopher’s team who do a phenomenal job each and every day.
We all have the ability and responsibility to help those less fortunate than ourselves and the team at Airtech are hugely proud of the recognition that was received.
Since 2016, our team has raised and donated over £30K to seven charities that are local to our UK facilities. Each year, our employees nominate a local charity that they wish to support and each year the creativity, time and energy to raise funds increases which results in higher donations every time. Our passion for 2019 …….. to make it another record breaking year for those in need.

Leo Thon, Corporate Fund Raiser for St Christopher’s Hospice “Congratulations to our Corporate Champions 2018 AMETEK Airtechnology Group! Winners of the 1-2-3 Challenge with 4,407 points, raising an outstanding total of £7,049.36. Thank you to the generous AMETEK staff for their wonderful support!”
