AMETEK Airtechnology - At the start of this year, we presented our final donation of £4,527.22 to each of our nominated local charities.
2019 was another year full of fund raising activities by our employees, raising an incredible overall total of £12,831.20, divided between our two charities.
Tim Iredale, Corporate Partnership Lead, Princess Alice Hospice: “I would like to say an enormous thank you on behalf of all the patients and their families, along with the staff and volunteers here at Princess Alice Hospice for whom this money will make a real difference. It will help us to provide the vital advice, support and comfort to our patients and loved ones at the time they need it most. I hope the staff at AMETEK have had fun raising this money; we are certainly tremendously grateful to them all.”
Karin Schnabel, Community Fundraiser for The Garwood Foundation: “Thank you so much for choosing The Garwood Foundation as your partner charity for 2019; your fund raising effort has been astonishing and the monies raised will be split between our children with profound learning disabilities at The Rutherford School and our adults with complex disabilities at our Bramley Hill Day Centre.”
